Top Altmetric Attention Score of All Time
Altmetric scores track who is talking about published articles by collating online mentions and shares of an article on blogs, policy documents, mainstream media, social media, Wikipedia and others. The Altmetric Score represents a weighted approximation of online attention, based on the volume of mentions, the source of the mention and the authors.
This article currently has the highest Altmetric score out of all publications from the journal, placing it in the top 25% of all research outputs scored by Altmetric.
Submissions
Submissions to Cardio-Oncology have increased substantially in the first half of 2019. If the submissions stay consistent, the journal is on track for more than 40 submissions for 2019, over four times the amount received in 2018. Additionally, the journal has seen ten straight months of submissions, and is up 250% from this time last year.
The graphs below illustrate these trends, with all data from 2019 in navy.
Plans for PubMed Application
One of the major goals for Cardio-Oncology moving forward is to be indexed in PubMed. We hope to apply this September, as want to wait until the journal has had six months of continuous publication.
You can help us reach this goal by submitting your papers to Cardio-Oncology and encouraging your colleagues and peers to do so as well!
