About Jennifer Liu, MD

Dr. Liu is the Chief of Cardiology at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and Professor of Clinical Medicine at the Weill Cornell Medical College. She is a recognized leader in the field of cardio-oncology with extensive experience in cardiac imaging. She has built a substantial clinical and research portfolio studying the role echo imaging in the diagnosis and management of patients with AL amyloidosis.

I am a clinical cardiologist with an expertise in echocardiography. I have extensive clinical and research experience in echocardiography, which I have used to study myocardial and valvular disease. My current focus is in using new echocardiographic modalities to enhance the understanding of cancer and heart disease.
