Here at IC-OS, we like to recognize our members doing the work to advance cardio-oncology as a field. Introducing Kasey Leger, MD, who leads the Leukemia & Lymphoma program at Seattle Childrens Hospital and is an Associate Professor at the University of Washington School of Medicine. Dr Leger’s research focuses on protecting the hearts of kids who have experienced cancer treatment, minimizing cardiotoxicity through cardioprotection.
