This ACC Lounge and Learn Session will explore strategies for navigating and designing training pathways for a career in cardio-oncology and overcoming challenges in bridging academic and clinical divides between cardiology and oncology, including managing distinct financial structures and shared clinical resources, to build successful, collaborative practices. Focus Areas: Highlight real-world collaborative models, discussing organizational structure, billing complexities, and aligned incentive systems; Invited speakers share how they have structured rotations, clinics, and research teams; Address compensation discussions: shared RVU models, cross-departmental billing systems, contract arrangements.
