About Sabin Filimon MD, MSc
Dr. Filimon completed medical school, internal medicine, and cardiology residency at McGill University, Montreal, Canada. He furthered his training with a Master’s of Sentience at Montreal University, Montreal, Canada, focusing on developing diagnostic biomarkers in lymphoma. He was accepted into the McGill Faculty of Medicine with the Tannenbaum Entrance Bursary and graduated with Dr. Allen Spanier for Professionalism in Medicine. He was Chief Medical Resident during the Internal Medicine Program at Royal Victoria Hospital, McGill University and Vice-President of Union Affairs for the Association of Residents from McGill. Dr. Filimon continued his training with a 2-year Fellowship at Perelman School of Medicine, University of Pennsylvania, in cardio-oncology and echocardiography.
