About Abdelrahman Ali, MD
Dr. Abdelrahman Ali is a cardiology fellow at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, specializing in cardio-oncology. He completed medical training at Ain Shams University in Egypt, followed by a Cardiac MR/PET/CT research fellowship at Massachusetts General Hospital. He went on to complete his internal medicine residency at Loyola University Medical Center in Chicago and a dedicated Cardio-Oncology Fellowship at MD Anderson Cancer Center. Dr. Ali has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications spanning cardio-oncology, cardiac imaging, inflammation, and cardiovascular outcomes in cancer patients. His clinical and research efforts focus on cancer therapy–related cardiac dysfunction, advanced imaging, and improving cardiovascular care for oncology populations.
