I started my career in Oncology in 1997 at the Hospital for Sick Children. Most of my career has involved working with children and young adults with cancer.
I have also worked with adults with Cancer at the Stronach Centre for several years in a community hospital.
My passion is working with pediatric survivors of cancer and young adults with cancer. I have worked in Pediatric Cancer Survivorship at both the Hospital for Sick Children and Princess Margaret Cancer Centre.
Currently, I am working at the IWK Health Centre both in patient and in the outpatient setting with pediatric patients diagnosed with cancer and young adults in cancer survivorship. I am part of a team trying to build an AYA program for Nova Scotia.
