About Nicholas Wilcox, MD, MHS
Nicholas Wilcox, MD, MHS, is a physician-scientist at the Thalheimer Center for Cardio-Oncology at the University of Pennsylvania. He received his MD and MHS degrees from the Yale School of Medicine, where he was a Howard Hughes Medical Institute Research Fellow. He completed his residency in internal medicine and fellowships in cardiovascular medicine, echocardiography, and cardio-oncology at Penn, where he also served as Chief Fellow. Dr. Wilcox is currently a research fellow in the laboratory of Dr. Bonnie Ky and a candidate for the Master of Science in Clinical Epidemiology. His research focuses on biomarkers and imaging predictors of cancer therapy-related cardiotoxicity. He has served on the AHA Cardio-Oncology Committee and as a Specialty Content Assistant Editor for JACC: CardioOncology.
